Crampies is made with a base of garden-grown yarrow (Achillea spp.) that is grown with organic gardening methods in our herb garden. Flowers are harvested in spring and fall ensuring the most potent components. We dehydrate and only use our yarrow. Our yarrow flowers are infused in USDA-certified organic golden jojoba oil that is steeped for six weeks with daily mixing before being cold-pressed by hand, removing the flower parts. Then, it is blended with locally USA-farmed beeswax and GC/MS-tested essential oils that include USDA-certified organic clary sage (Salvia sclarea) essential oil, organically grown ylang ylang (complete) (Cananga odorata var. genuine) essential oil, and wildcrafted clove bud (Eugenia caryophyllata) essential oil. Then vitamin E oil is added to help soothe your skin.

• Local beeswax from a small USA farmer who allows their bees to roam near preserves and wildflower fields rich with dandelion, clover, and goldenrod.

• Organically grown ylang ylang (complete) (Cananga odorata var. genuine) essential oil
• Wildcrafted clove bud (Eugenia caryophyllata) essential oil.
• Non-GMO Vitamin E Oil

Scoop and rub the salve onto the skin in areas where you feel support is needed (stomach/pelvic/back region). Do not use the salve internally or on sensitive areas.

Do not use while taking blood thinners such as aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), and warfarin (Coumadin); it may raise the risk of bleeding. Yarrow, which contains chamazulene, could present a theoretical risk in that it could inhibit medications metabolized by CYP1A3, CYP3A4, and CYP2D6, such as antidepressants, calcium channel blockers, and some chemotherapy medications.
