Taper Candle

Every candle is made individually. First we hand cut pure cotton wick (lead and chemical free) before building the pure white beeswax over the wick, encapsulating the herbs, and dipping it by hand!

These candles are perfect for décor candles and are not free-standing and require a taper holder. They are sized to perfectly fit standard holders.

To ensure a tight fit, you may warm the bottom of your candle to make it a bit tacky before placing inside of a holder.

Ingredients:

• 100% Pure Beeswax
• Braided 100% Pure Cotton Wick (Yes! It's lead free!)

Flowers of your choice!
• Lavender Buds
• Rose Petals
• Chamomile Flowers
• Jasmine Flowers
• Organic Cornflower
• Organic Calendula

Or choose one of our blends!
• Goddess (Lavender, Rose, Jasmine, and Organic Cornflower)
• Lavender + Rose

🌿We use all-natural ingredients & this candle is fully compostable!

Scent:

• Unscented Beeswax candle
• May have slight honey notes
• Smoke from herbs may give off the scent of that herb

How to Use:

Place candle in a holder. If you choose to burn this candle, please keep away from all flammable objects as if you've chosen flower/herbs to be added, they may catch fire and light. Never leave this candle unattended. This candle makes a great décor piece!

If you do choose to burn, the burn time does vary, but if burning care is taken, in the thick of the candle it burns an inch every thirty minutes. The herbs are real so they will smoke and light and may affect burn time. For best results keep wick trimmed and snuff if the flame engulfs herbs, remove debris when cold, trim and relight.

Warning:

Do not leave candles unattended. Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets. Keep wick trimmed at 1/4 inch to keep the candle burning cleanly and burn evenly. Herbs are real and will light, pop, sizzle, and smoke. Do not ever burn unattended. These candles are meant to be watched as they slowly burn or used for decorative pieces.

We recommend burning these candles once as the herbs can pop, smoke, and light. In the first burning the beeswax helps keep the herbs wet and reduce the popping and smoking. If you relight the herbs will be much more likely to pop and spark. Please be attentive and clear all floral debris as it will catch and burn.

• 9.5-10" tall candles, each may have a slight variance since they are handmade

About Our Candles:

We use pure beeswax and the color varies from ivory to light yellow. Each candle is hand-dipped and may have slight variations.

Why Beeswax?

Beeswax has a higher melting point than other waxes causing it to emit the brightest, most warm-toned flame compared to other candle types. Beeswax candles also last longer than most other candles because they are dense, their burn is much slower.
